China November mobile phone users reach 1.304 billion, says MIIT

There were 1.304 billion subscribers of mobile communication services in China as of the end of November 2015, growing 0.15% on month and 1.77% on year, and 408.34 million (32.32%) of them were 3G users, 355.73 million (27.29%) 4G users and 953.58 million (73.15%) mobile Internet-access users, according to China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT).
