Nanya Technology to issue 320 million new shares at discount

Nanya Technology has set the price of 320 million new shares to be released soon at NT$36.50 (US$1.11) per unit. The price represents a discount of 26.34% compared to the company's closing price of NT$49.55 on the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE) on December 24.
