Vivotek chairman optimistic about Taiwan competitiveness in surveillance market

Commenting on the fierce price competition from China players, Taiwan-based surveillance product vendor Vivotek chairman Owen Chen said the company has already been in the market for a long time and competition has not been coming from China only. However, Taiwan firms' brand recognition and product quality are still their advantages in competition for procurement orders.
