Global networked lighting controls revenues for commercial buildings expected to total US$38.2 billion from 2015-2024, says Navigant

The market for lighting controls has expanded greatly alongside the shift from the dominance of fluorescent lighting to LEDs, both in the variety of systems available and the sheer number of systems installed. To meet this expanding demand for controls, different types of vendors have been drawn to the market, from small startups offering innovative lighting solutions to building controls companies that are now including lighting controls along with other building-wide systems. According to a recent report from Navigant Research, global revenues from networked lighting controls are expected to total US$38.2 billion from 2015-2024.
