Semiconductor equipment supplier Scientech will begin shipping its in-house developed wet benches and single-wafer process tools for the production of 12-inch wafers to Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) in January, according to a Chinese-language Economic Daily News (EDN) report.
