China makers plan to hike mono-Si solar wafer prices

China-based mono-Si solar wafer makers, including Xi'an LONGi Siliocn Materials, Zhonghuan Semiconductor and Jinglong, plan to increase quotes by 1-3% in January 2016, according to industry sources in Taiwan.
