Qualcomm signs more patent license deals in China

Qualcomm has disclosed two license deals it has reached with China-based Haier and Beijing Tianyu Communication Equipment, which will pay the chip firm royalties for using its 3G and 4G wireless technologies to make smartphones and other mobile devices.
