The European Commission under the European Union (EU) has announced that 21 Taiwan-based crystalline silicon solar cell makers and PV module makers have passed its anti-circumvention investigation, and these makers together account for more than 90% of Taiwan's PV exports to Europe, according to Motech Industries CEO and Taiwan Photovoltaic Industry Association chairman Chang Peng-heng.
