Solar cell maker Solartech Energy has announced a 2.45MWp PV power-generating station it has built in Fukushima Prefecture, northeastern Japan, has been connected to a local grid, formally starting commercial operation that is expected to generate annual revenues of over JPY94 million (US$773,000) from electricity sale.
