Foxconn Electronics and Czech Republic-based KKCG will establish a joint venture, SafeDX, with each holding a 50% stake, specifically for setting up a datacenter in Prague to provide cloud services in the Europe market, according to the Chinese-language newspaper Economic Daily News (EDN).
