Flexium announces share buyback

Flexible PCB maker Flexium Interconnect has announced plans to repurchase as many as 20 million shares, or 7.2% of the company's outstanding shares, at between NT$60 (US$1.83) and NT$130 per share from December 25 to February 24, 2016.
