Taiwan-based Gudeng Precision Industrial, a semiconductor front-end equipment manufacturer mainly specializing in mask solution products, has obtained wafer carrier orders from China-based IC foundry Semiconductor Manufacturing International (SMIC), the Chinese-language Wealth News newspaper has reported. The orders are expected to boost Gudeng's revenues in the second half of 2016.
