Winbond Electronics has performed relatively stably compared to other Taiwan-based memory chipmakers. The maker of specialty DRAM and flash memory chips has reported EPS of NT$0.18 (US$0.01) for the second quarter of 2016, and EPS of NT$0.40 for the first half of the year.
