Nuvoton Technology, the logic IC subsidiary of Winbond Electronics specializing in MCU products, has reported net profits for the second quarter of 2016 increased 62.5% on year to NT$260 million (US$8.11 million). EPS for the quarter reached NT$1.25 compared with NT$0.76 a year earlier.
