China-based state-run CGN Solar Energy Development will set up 10 model PV power-generating stations with total installation capacity of 500MWp and eight ordinary stations with that of 400MWp in China and thus will procure PV modules via open tender. 25 PV module suppliers will participate in the open-bid, according to China-based media reports.
