Asustek Computer will host an investors conference on July 28 and elect new directors and supervisors. The company's CSO Ted Hsu, who left Pegatron Technology and joined Asustek in April, is expected to become a nominee, while vice president of Asustek's Open Platform Business Jackie Hsu is also expected to join the board of directors.
