Taiwan's District Prosecutors Office raided the headquarters of Taiwan-based channel distributor Xander, a subsidiary of VIA Technologies, on April 21 as some of the company's executives and workers are suspected of having made fake transactions with companies they established to make its financial results look better and embezzling nearly NT$100 million (US$3.1 million).
