SAS to sue solar wafer makers for patent infringement

Sino-American Silicon Products (SAS) has revealed it is preparing to file charges against China- and Taiwan-based makers who allegedly have infringed on its patent No. 1452185 concerning the structure and manufacturing process of solar ingots and wafers.
