TS Solartech Sdn Bhd, a Malaysia-based crystalline silicon solar cell maker in which Taiwan-based Solartech Energy holds a 42% stake, will expand annual production capacity from nearly 300MWp currently to 500MWp in the second half of 2016, according to Solartech.
