Isolated current sensor uses Hall effect

Allegro Microsystems has introduced isolated differential current sensor ICs based on the Hall effect. Accuracy is typically +/-1% from 25 to 125°C, and +/-3% from -40 to +25°C. Both the ACS724KMA (4.5-5.5V) and the ACS725KMA (3.0-3.6V) are available in 10.3 x 10.3mm SOIC16 wide body packages. Inside there is a chopper-stabilised BiCMOS Hall sensor circuit ...
