Contract chipmaker Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) has purchased a batch of facility equipment from Cica-Huntek Chemical Technology Taiwan and Marketech International for a total of about NT$1.32 billion (US$40.7 million), according to a company filing with the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE).
