Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) has purchased a batch of machinery and facility equipment from Jienshian Information Engineering, Lam Research International, Tokyo Electron and Applied Materials South East Asia for a total of about NT$2.615 billion (US$81.1 million), according to a company filing with the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE).
