Semi material supplier Topco to hand out dividend of NT$4.10 for 2015

Topco Scientific, a major supplier of semiconductor and optoelectronic materials and equipment, plans to deal out dividend of NT$4.10 for 2015, including NT$3.90 in cash and NT$0.20 in shares.
