The incoming Taiwan government should amend existing regulations on PV installation to facilitate Taiwan-based contractors for PV EPC (engineering, procurement, construction) projects to compete in the international market, according to chairman MK Lu for solar-grade wafer maker Sino-American Silicon Products (SAS).
