ChipMOS to see revenues grow in 2016, capex to reach NT$3-4 billion

LCD driver IC backend service company ChipMOS Technologies expects its sales to grow by a single-digit rate in 2016, with its capex for the year to reach NT$3-4 billion (US$92.04-122.72 million), according to company chairman Shih-Jye Cheng.
