Huawei Technologies will launch a head-mounted VR (virtual reality) device in mid-July 2016. In order to encourage content development, Huawei has set up a platform and SDK to tout independent software developers, and the top-100 developers will share 100% of content sales for the first year, according to the company's Handset Product Line president Kevin Ho.
