Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) approved 3,789 foreign direct investment projects (except from China) with a total value of US$4.797 billion in 2015, respectively increasing 5.93% and decreasing 16.87% on year, according to MOEA statistics released on January 20.
