Nichia wins patent infringement lawsuit against Everlight Electronics in the US

Japan-based LED maker Nichia on January 28 announced that the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas has judged that Taiwan-based LED packaging service provider Everlight Electronics and its US-based subsidiary Everlight Americas have infringed three Nichia patents.
