Ruten to apply for listing in Hong Kong

Ruten, a C2C online auction platform operated by PChome eBay, will apply for listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in the first half of 2016 and expects to be listed as soon as the end of 2016 or in the first half of 2017, according to PChome eBay chairman Jan Hung-tze.
