SMIC opens JV fab for analog and specialty IC manufacturing

Semiconductor Manufacturing International (SMIC) has announced the official inauguration of Ningbo Semiconductor International (NSI), established by China IC Capital - a wholly-owned investment fund of SMIC - Ningbo Senson Electronics, and Hua Capital.
