Government-sponsored Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) on November 24 formed Consortium for Intelligent Micro-assembly System (CIMS), an interdisciplinary platform for combing industries of display panels, LED, semiconductors and system integration to boost development of Micro LED technology in Taiwan.
