Global 3Q16 mobile DRAM revenues increase 16.8%, says DRAMeXchange

Global sales of mobile DRAM increased 16.8% sequentially to US$4.59 billion in the third quarter of 2016, according to DRAMeXchange. Smartphone vendors were engaged in inventory build-ups during the quarter, while prices have been rising, said the price tracker.
