Taiwan market: Gamania becomes 1st O2O mobile e-payment operator

GASH Pay has become the first O2O (online to offline) mobile e-payment service operator in Taiwan after obtaining a license from the Financial Supervisory Commission, according to Albert Liu, chairman of Gamania Digital Entertainment, the e-payment firm's parent company.
