GCL-Poly Energy to reduce solar wafer supply to Taiwan cell makers

GCL-Poly Energy Holdings, the largest China-based maker of solar-grade poly-Si wafers, will reduce supply to Taiwan-based solar cell makers by 10% in December, according to Taiwan-based solar cell makers.
