Taiwan market: Fitel looking for bankruptcy trustee

First International Telecom (Fitel), the only PHS mobile communication operator in Taiwan, has asked the government to help arrange for Chunghwa Telecom (CHT) to become its bankruptcy trustee, according to company chairman Chang Min-yu.
