China-based Changjiang narrows gap with Taiwan IC backend service firms

China-based IC backend service company Changjiang Electronics Technology has shifted its focus to more advanced technologies such as wafer-level, FC CSP and bumping packaging processes, and is therefore narrowing its gap with Taiwan-based rivals, according to industry sources.
