Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) approved 2,549 foreign direct investment projects (except from China) with a total value of US$10.084 billion in January-September 2016, respectively decreasing 7.95% and increasing 204.34% on year, according to MOEA statistics released on October 20.
