PChome InterPay, a wholly-owned subsidiary of PChomePay which in turn is a subsidiary of web portal and e-commerce operator PChome Online, on October 26 began to provide mobile third-party electronic payment services in the Taiwan market, with 8.8 million users of Ruten, a C2C online auction platform operated by PChome Online, being initial target users.
