Shanghai Huahong Grace Semiconductor Manufacturing (HHGrace), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hua Hong Semiconductor, and StarChip, a developer of smart card ICs, have jointly announced that StarChip's SCB136I-series security chips for bank cards are being fabricated on HHGrace's 110nm embedded non-volatile memory (eNVM) process platform.
