China MIIT forms alliance to promote VR industry

Under the initiative of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), a total of 180 businesses, research institutes and academic organizations have jointly established an Industry of Virtual Reality Alliance (IVRA) in China, according to China-based Beijing Times report.
