Shipments for 5-inch displays with HD/Full HD resolution in China during February, says firm

Despite an overall decline in handset panel shipments to China during February 2015, shipments for 5-inch units and displays with HD and Full HD were all on the rise, showing growing demand for smartphones with increased specifications, according to consulting firm Sigma-intell.
