Acer fund raiser may start in early 2015, says founder

Acer recently announced it will hold a fund raiser before the end of 2014, be may postpone the plans to early 2015 due to the recent weak performance of the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE) and mayor elections in Taiwan at the end of November, according to Acer founder Stan Shih.
