Global information storage to grow to 447ZB in 2020, says HGST executive

Global information storage in 2013 was estimated at 4.4ZB (zettabyte) and is forecast to increase to 447ZB in 2020, with a compound annual growth rate of 44% during the seven-year period, according to HGST Taiwan and Shanghai general manager Vincent Chen.
