ITRI licenses STOBA to Taiwan Mitsui Chemicals for explosion-proof Li batteries

The Taiwan government-sponsored Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) on September 29 signed for exclusive licensing deal for STOBA (self terminated olygomers with hyper-branched architecture) technology to Taiwan Mitsui Chemicals, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Japan-based Mitsui Chemicals, according to ITRI.
