SK Hynix has introduced 8Gb graphics DDR6 (GDDR6) DRAM built using the company's 2Znm process technology. The product operates with an I/O data rate of 16Gbps per pin, the company claimed. With a forthcoming high-end graphics card of 384-bit I/Os, this DRAM processes up to 768GB of graphics data per second.
