GCL-Poly Energy to set up 5GWp high-efficiency solar-grade crystalline silicon wafer factory

China-based solar-grade crystalline silicon wafer maker GCL-Poly Energy Holdings will invest CNY2 billion (US$301 million) to set up a factory with annual production capacity of 5GWp high-efficiency solar-grade crystalline silicon wafers in the Suzhou High-tech Zone, Suzhou City, eastern China, according to local media reports.
