Desktop manufacturing industry sees reshuffling orders; expects to see fierce competition

Pegatron Technology reportedly has snatched some of Foxconn Electronics' (Hon Hai Precision Industry) desktop orders from Hewlett-Packard (HP) recently and to fill the order loss, Foxconn is looking to land Lenovo's orders from competitors. With cooling module maker Asia Vital Components (AVC) also recently joining Lenovo's supply chain to assemble desktops for the vendor, competition for desktop orders is expected to heat up.
