Court requires TWM immediately to return band unit C4

The Taipei District Court, for the legal proceedings brought by Far EasTone Telecommunications (FET) against Taiwan Mobile (TWM) about disputes over 4G-operating frequency band units C1 and C4, on May 23 judged that TWM should not continue using C4 and should immediately apply with National Communications Commission (NCC) for returning C4 as requested by FET.
