Largan Precision worried about short water supply for new factory

Smartphone-use lens module maker Largan Precision expects a new factory in central Taiwan to be completed in the first quarter of 2016 and production to kick off in the second, but is worried that short water supply will delay the schedule, according to company CEO Lin En-ping.
