NAND flash device controller supplier Phison Electronics is expected to see its October revenues top NT$3.5 billion (US$108 million) hitting a monthly record for the second consecutive month, buoyed mainly by strong controller IC demand for memory cards, a recent Commercial Times report cited market watchers as saying.
